Does anyone have any complaints or problems with Betvoyager?

Things like payout refusal, bad support, or anything dodgy?

Similarly if anyone has good experiences with them, I'm interested to know details.

I stopped playing there years ago
The disconnection issues were a nightmare...
There was a member a few years ago who won a hell of a lot and they froze his account...
Pretty sure it’ was over £200 000 on the no zero table

Me too! If your playing a progression I’d leave this casino alone.

Technical issues with their site is not always something they can fix. We get similar connectivity issues with MPR. The only way to deal with it is having a network of redundant servers. Im more concerned with payout refusal.

Can you tell me more about this? Do you know the member's name or where I can find them?

Why would someone NOT withdraw profit BEFORE reaching 200,000 ?
Do you have to go all the way to such unusual figure before you know that you can withdraw, say 10,000?
By withdrawing regularly smaller chunks such situation would never occur, or in the worst case you would not waste any more time after the failed attempt of the 1st withdraw.
Why common sense is absent?

Steve

I suspect the player didn't really win what they claim. Many people talk shit. I'll only believe a claim like $200k payout refusal when I see the proof of it all.

I think the disconnect issue was sorted years ago. I didn't play much on BV in the past two years, so I don't know how they are now, but back then whenever I contacted support, they always responded quickly.
I never won so I never tried to cash out. There are members here who claim to have won tens of thousands and they have never reported any withdrawal issues. I can image that in some cases you would have to wait weeks for the money to be transferred.
