[attachimg=#]New Idea.

Okay, think I'm ready to post this bonkers idea of mine.

Its a mechanical idea that I would like to see as an assistant Bot or even just as a visual aid to playing the game.
Above all else, and unlike many other Bots/Tools,
I would want this to be really good visually.

So, It all came about from my love of covering the Zero in stake plans.
I laid out on a wheel, my favourite bets, which are 0, 1, 2, and 3. this gave me my starting point, as I could see where they positioned themselves on the wheel relative to everything else.

[attachimg=#1]

then, since I'm a fan of numbers, and 36 divides nicely by 8, I moved eight places each side of these four starting points and put down a mark.
By counting 8 spaces(numbers) each side, I have ended up with some number markers next to each other, but I really like that.
And it produces a nice pattern too, and who would begrudge me a nice pattern to my wheel!! :twisted:
Now the idea is, to "COG" around, or index (like a gear) around the wheel, with these connecting stake bets, one, number/space at a time.
I've shown clockwise, but we need to be able to move anti-clockwise too, and I have tried to show you that in the 6 COG examples I have just drawn and attached.

Here's the new/latest BisCog's

Phase 8 is underneath (max'd on upload value i think!)
[attachimg=#8]

To travel all around the wheel/board, we need 8 COG movements, or else, even tho the numbers pass by on their way around,  we don't cover every possible number on the wheel.
I have the possibility of 36 phases on my plan, but that's a long way off option.

U probably think I'm bonkers- we you would be right!!

My idea is the visual sense, would be for the wheel or the COG to quickly rotate around, indexing to the sequence chosen, and the player, or a Bot places the bet.

8 phases gives some quite weird results on coverage!!

Most of the others are repeated/covered in two & three occasions.
Only three numbers are dropped onto once in 8 phases- numbers 14, 20 and 31

I could be peeing in the snow here to produce a pretty pattern, but there,s something about the number 8 I really like!!

Tell me what you think, or apply for an E-type restraining order!!??!!!

Then again could be an E-Type Jag! :P

Note.

The new BisCog's are slightly different from the Original Chrisbis's Cogs,
the number #25 is now moved on one clockwise space, over to #17 in BisCog 1st phase .

Cheers.

Ask me anything you like, except what time the half past ten bus is, cause I have No Idea!! :wink: :'( ::)

Looks great Chris! My question is how do we incorporate this into sessions? Perhaps one phase per 4 OR so spins with a small progression?

chrisbis

I don't know really.
One thought I had was this;

the phases each give a different stake plan>

1st phase;- numbers 0, 2, 17, 11, 30, 1, 9, 18, 7, 3
2nd phase- numbers 32, 25, 34, 30, 8, 20, 22, 29, 28, 26
3rd phase- numbers 0, 15, 17, 6, 8, 23, 14, 18, 7, 12
4th phase- numbers 32, 19, 34, 27, 23, 10, 31, 29, 28
5th phase- numbers 15, 4, 6, 13, 10, 5, 9, 7, 12, 3
6th phase- numbers 19, 21, 27, 5, 24, 22, 28, 35, 26
7th phase- numbers 0, 4, 13, 11, 24, 16, 18, 12, 3
8th phase- numbers 32, 21, 25, 36, 30, 16, 33, 29, 35, 26

then make up Ur own sequence of play using several phases as a flat stake progression, till U find a sequence that wins.

For instance-

play 1 unit flat bet per number on this sequence>>>

Phases 1, then 5, then 7, then 8, then 2

or Phases 3, then 8, then 6, then 1, then 4

or Phases 7, then 2, then 3, then 5, then 8.

Could be good fun just testing, and finding a good set of phases that make a winning sequence.
I know not a lot of people will agree with the next statement,
but this sort of 8 number movement between sockets on the wheel
was my attempt to try to match a dealers signature on any given wheel.

so if by noting a particular dealer U noticed that they 'threw' their spin 5/6/7/8 or 9 spaces each time or each other time, then U could design a sequence of phases that coped with that dealers throw distance.

Will be easy for each interested player to come up with their own Cog phases,
and then design their own sequence around them.

the options are many fold. ::)

Hope I'm making sense to anyone who's reading this. :'(
