They have to publish them to have something to expel the bad guys who want to come to break the harmony.
Roulette is the hardest game and the more exciting for everyone because it is easy to operate and pays 35 to 1.

Hello dear WannaWin,

There are no rules in here as we don't need them.

The community is the one in charge of self-regulating via reporting the undesirable posts for us to act upon altogether.

We are not kiddies, we all know what is politically correct and what isn't, specially disruptive members; they know very well that they do, and they deserve their posts to be reported and removed and their membership to the forum revoked ASAP. This is what this section is all about.

If you see a post that isn't in accordance with the well-being of the place (flame ignitors, abusive messages, very acid intentions and the like) please use the link at the lower-right of each post.

Same goes for PM's (they stand for *PERSONAL* messages here, not PRIVATE. (and not because I spend time to read them). The reason being if anyone abuses the personal message facility their messages can be reported by the receiver and it ends up exposed to the public here in this section). This specifically means an implicit contract of using the PM facility in a conscious manner in exchange of it being kept private (i.e., not reported by an offended party).

If you don't like this protection against abusers, do not use the Personal messaging facility! -This is in place to deter PM abusers from doing the abuse they so blatantly and unpunished do excusing themselves in the "Privacy" of the messaging system; not here, as they will be exposed and their account revoked on account of the abuse.

Everyone is accountable for their actions here.

Let's all make this a great place, without tolerating abuses in our facilities, be it in public posts or personal messages.

Regards,
Victor

Hopefully, the Unspoken Rule for current and future members should always be:

Treat others as you would like to be treated.

Then, as Victor says, we probably won't need rules.
