OK, now something i've been working on the last couple of days. from my testings now, (Live-spins) it has about a 70% winrate. with a WG/SL of +300u/-300u OR STOP at 250 spins. (played with 1u bets) ..

Gameplay for each LINE hit, bet the UNHIT STREET within that particular LINE hit. (only 1 Street bet/LINE). WHEN 2 dozens are bet. BET the 3rd  unhit dozen. WHEN the dozen bet hits (no progression, just re-bet). STOP/Re-start  procedure when any of the STREETs hit.
