- Talk to support and ask them to cancel ALL bonuses and offers on all your future deposits. (save the chat in case you need it)

- Ask a few questions via chat or email just to see if they're helpful, professional, and communicative. Don't let them rush you into depositing money if they ask you to, just say "thanks, I can do that myself".

- After a day or two, deposit the minimum amount possible, play a spin or two and then withdraw all your money. They'll probably ask you for ID verification etc. in order to be able to withdraw. The whole process may take about a week.  You want to make sure they pay.

- Once you get your money back successfully, you may now deposit and play with them.

All,

When making your initial deposit, there are two camps that we as players will belong to.

  1.   The group that takes every "bonus" for the deposit that they can find.

  2.   The group that takes NONE of the bonuses offered.     There is a reason for that.

Before depositing any money, READ THE DAMN AGREEMENT.     It spells out exactly was is expected of you as a player.    We're talking about YOUR money in THEIR hands and if you want to be able to get it out in a timely manner, you must adhere and comply with all of THEIR rules.

Gentlemen, that generally means if you took a "bonus" when you signed up, you'll not be getting your money back until you satisfy the requirements of the bonus offer.

If you're not a "sports player" and your bonus requires you to place 10x your deposit on sports type wagers, you'll be in a real spot when you attempt to pull your roulette winnings out if you haven't made any sports type wagers.

Once again, read the full deposit agreement!!

I personally do not take the bonuses offered (and they come in a lot) and have had no problems getting a timely withdrawl of my winnings.

So, if there are people reading this who have had experience with the bonus programs, please jump in and update the readers to how the plans work out.

Blood Angel

As ADulay states....read the agreement thoroughly. A lot of casinos wont let you even play Roulette as part of their bonus requirements( or only a percantage thereof)....READ THE SMALL PRINT

I've played (and still play with bonuses) at one particular casino.  I've been burned sometimes, but here's some things to look for with bonuses.

1) Very few bonuses allow anything other than slots and keno--I play with slots and if you make playthrough, (last time took three weeks to meet the requirement, it will take an average of 21 extra days to get your money.)

2) If you are a slots type person, with a wagering requiremnt you will be playing for a while, so set up a designated time to play, it helps

3) When negotiating, look for ideally 20 times deposit & bonus (at most 35 times).  Anything more than that is gauging the player of his/her money.

4) *Important* when negotiating ask "Is the bonus withdrawable after I meet the requirement"..You can do weeks of work and not withdraw anything because you never made more than your original starting balance.

5)  If you are getting close to meeting the wagering requirement, a rep may ask would you like another bonus.  Always answer no--they want you to lose your deposit.

Just to add to this thread- any one else famililar with this site??

Have tried a few no-deposit bonus codes and they do work as indicated.

Not sure as so how often the codes are updated for accuracy.

I am a regular user. Most of the exclusive bonuses work but sometimes info they provide have errors. also check out for country restrictions.

Twisteruk

I just joined dublinbet

In Options they have a setting for accepting or NOT accepting any and all bonuses, which I thought was excellent.

I mean they make it really easy to "opt out" !

I like that
Its Set In Stone =)

Sometimes (like with us) you have to be patient when you make a deposit, and then withdrawal immediately after no or 1 wager. Here's why and as a matter of fact it just happened today.
When a player does this it is usually an indication of fraud. I'm not saying it's fraud, but it does raise a red flag. There's been a lot of fraud with players who deposit using credit cards, paysafe card, and even ewallets such as moneybookers (Neteller none to date). They usually deposit, play 1 hand or no hands and then withdraw.

In these cases the cashier is required to certify the account, which is about 15 minutes of work for only a few hands.

I'm certainly not against trying out the casinos to see if they will pay you, but you should expect this verification process when you make the request.

CelticCasino,

Just wanted to say thanks for being a contributing member here.   It's a very nice touch.

Although I can't currently play at your online casino due to the arcane US laws, I'm sure the time will come when we join the rest of the world and become available to play worldwide.

I will most certainly be sure and give Celtic a good try as a baccarat player.

It is a pleasure to have a casino representative around. Can de-mitify plenty of things and give us a real-life look into the actual online casino scene.

Actually, I wish more reps would come to forums since this is where plenty of players hang-out. Makes sense to be where your clients are at.
