It is always worth reading the thoughts of someone who has spent years and years studying and understanding the game.

As with some of us, it doesn't always mean he has anything to say  that will result in an "Ah Ha" moment, but you never can tell.

Esoito, you are right when you say his writting is verbose, complicated, convoluted, and confusing. Not to say it took me lots of pains to translate it but it was worth the effort.
You'll find that there will be needed a lot of clarification in the end as soon as the author's intention is putting the reader into thinking out of the box I would say. The gem is hidden and wrapped in layers of written "mud".

2. Betting and computations

2 - System Formalization

Taking us back to the originality that characterizes our procedure, we must remember that the system consists of three fundamental elements that make concurrent viability of the purposes pursued which we call: sectors, sections and positions.

As noted, there are four sectors and each comprises three sections and each section, three positions.
Similarly, during the development of the game, each core (nucleus) includes one or two bets. Three sections make up a nucleus (core).

The four cover 36 numbers, removing the zero.
Consequently there are 12 numbers in first section, in second section 12 numbers and 12 numbers in the third section, computing the four sectors themselves.

Besides, there are three positions in each section, covering four numbers, one for each sector and then each position also covers 12 numbers.

We highligth what should be emphasized, since it is essential to remember all these details and the numbers that identify them. In other words, any number when drawn, the player should know, instantly, to which sector, section and position it belongs to. Otherwise, execution corresponding to the presentation is physically impossible, because the choice of the numbers one should bet, depending on the last raffled number, its characteristics and the wager on the chosen numbers may in turn have to apply different bets among themselves, according to the zone of the "cardboard- guide" each section has reached. Reading an index would not allow sufficient reminder for the implementation of the bets as entitled, especially if it is required the entries being computed in the cardboard after each number drawn and the respective wager on the groups involved, disposing previously of the necessary bankroll available.

In the facsimile (2) of the "cardboard guide" we've added a classification of the mentioned items, just as a memory aid for the newly initiated and in this case, the game would be faced by computing the numbers drawn, through alternated balls till dominate completely the dynamic.

MATCHED WAGERING (2 BETS)

1) Start the game, opening the first sector on its respective core (nucleus), observing the following rules:

a) You start by scoring two distinct sections, in order to apply on them two simultaneous bets, staggered to the general order of the raffled numbers;
b) Both bets will go to the same position depending on the trend given by the last recorded number;
c) The game will be developed in the same chosen sector and through the different areas of the "card", till its respective removal due to recovery of the incurred gains;
d) Removing the sector under the set conditions, opens with a similar procedure, the sector that remains in natural order and so on, to cover all four cores correlated with their respective sectors.

2 Ã,°) Perform the same game over the last two sectors drawn, opened in stages and following the most advanced sector trend, using for its development, two fixed nuclei, permanently, removing in due time the most advanced core so as to replace it by the pending vacant one.

3 Ã,°) The game card is divided in two camps, one to the left and the other to the right side, respectively, from the central column where losses and gains are computed for the following development:   
a) Two sectors play simultaneously, opened in stages and each in its respective side, relatively independent, which will be governed by their respective Trends, at the level of the most advanced wager: but the computations of the obtained fees in any case will be applied to the knockout of the most advanced side; 
b) Sector nÃ,º 1 starts in the left side and sector nÃ,º 3 in the right one. Each sector will always play on the last two raffled sections regardless of the sectors they belong to; 
c) Payment must be computed on the most advanced side, in which case the game will be continued in the complementary sector of the favored side so as to keep in each side a sector permanently playing.   
4 Ã,°) When desiring to speed up the game, there could be opened, in stages, up to three sectors and each governed by its own Trend and  proceeding alike as in the previous formula. At the removal of the most advanced sector replace it by the sector of the core which remains pending and so on.   

REMEMBER   

For the necessary purpose of moderation and administrative control related to the achieve dynamics, you should always take account of the limits and averages from the System Regulation, to avoid jeopardizing the involved work and results, with sessions unnecessarily lethargic. 

FOR INDIVIDUALIZED BETS 

First formula   

a) Two cards play three bets each, independently, and in due course initiating their respective development in separate and simultaneous movement.
b) Each card opens three nuclei in their natural order and, each core (nucleus) with a single bet and getting into play in stages. The most advanced card, namely the card with the most advanced wager, and when appropriate by the game evolution, both cards indiscriminately will play on repetition of last drawn section for all sectors equally and corresponding to the priority order of their occurrence. 
c) The card following the one behind, or less advanced, applies with the same procedure to the section previously drawn. 
d) Each card is governed by its own Trend and directed by its advanced bet on which gains are computed for its respective removal and if so, replace it with the vacant nuclei which start with minimum bet like in the beginning, and always repeating the relevant priorized order of the past draws. Thus, three bets will be applied permanently on each card and after removing the second advanced core of any of the mentioned cards, whichever was favored it will be eliminated, with its surplus. This one may come into play again.

ALTERNATIVES

1)   The described formula can also be applied independently, coming into play one after another, opening each one in the first section after two consecutive bets on the initial bet and then constantly alternating in the proper order, the three sections that comprise the core, always being careful to play in both cards different sections and twice in a row in each section.

2)   Also the same formula, but with an important variant which will facilitate its development since it allows you to use a single card. This, in effect, will be divided into two camps or sides. One to the left of the computing Table and another to the right of it.
On the left side the game starts in stages, ball to ball, on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd section and each bet on the recorded sector level, by its priority order of appearance and just after the one behind opens the side to the right or as applicable, in order, depending on the game variants, when anyone of them were removed: in the 3rd, 2nd and 1st section in a way it doesnââ,¬â,,¢t match one side to another, from the moment both sides will apply their bets in different sections, but with positions correlated to the same sector, while both respecting the priority order of their draw.
The drawn sectors score in the middle column, serving equally to both sides simultaneously, for the control of their respective priorities.

Second formula

As we have explained so far, the Trends govern the game, weather you decide to apply the analogies that are described later, in some way, they facilitate the game because neutralizes the system of deductions for those not really familiar with alternatives involving Trends, despite these later being more prolific as statistics designed to this effect show.
   
CLARIFICATION 

The computation of charges performed in the transcripted formulas for the individualized stakes that have been explained, must be done based on considerations that cannot go unnoticed, since the Table computing profits and losses, printed in the "cardboard-guide", has been calculated on the basis of two bets per core, which we call matched bets.   

For the individualized bets, we have developed the game with a single bet per sector, so collections must be estimated in a different way to set the obtained margins. To do this, to the figures indicating the level of payment computed, we need to add to it half of the recorded losses at the same level, and similarly, the computed losses should be halved as marked.

FIGURE OF POSITIONS

Based on persevering observation, we have found patterns of relative originality that for their consistent repetition provide us with a high percentage of hits that exceed those that we really need.

It consists of a careful arrangement of random sequences that, as it will be seen, provide an unobjectionable line of conduct.

This responds to preset standards and according to a particular classification with three alternatives: a) Repeat drawn position, b) right position from last number drawn and c) left position, if so indicate the position previously drawn.

In the ordinal numerical order of the existing positions: 1, 2.3, each occupies a place whose specific location produces the figure itself. These variations create three different Trends:

a) Repeat, right, left, repeat:
b) Repeat, left, right, repeat;
c) Repetition of the same drawn figure one or more times.

This is equivalent to the following reasoning: that in trend (a), after repetition, it will play right position, that after playing right then it will play left and that after left, it will play repetition.

On the other hand in Trend (b) after repetition play left, after left, play right and after right play repetition. And to this we add that Trend (c) is the repetition of the same drawn figure, in which case it will be played repetition. If it repeats again you keep on betting on repetition and if it jumps to a different figure, the game normalizes, with the Trends (a) and (b), as to the mark indicated in the "card" level with the most advanced position. For this reason, we have inserted alternated marks in the above cards and for each position in the game, whereas red corresponds to Trend (a), blank spaces for Trend (b),  while both of them should be left aside, as mentioned, when it is appropriate to play Tendency (c), ignored in the same card. Therefore, the game is guided by the last number performed by the dealer, simplifying the work circumscribed to only three or four bets, such as maximum requirement which justifies the lower labor and higher yield, although sometimes the session were more prolonged .

NEUTRALIZATION OF SLEEPING BETS

Instructions

It is worth to note any contingency to be prevented to avoid confusing hesitations, which roughly enumerate:

a) when a nucleus arrives at the last bet of the 3rd or 4th zone in the  "cardboard-guide" without being able to remove the respective core then the value of the investment is offset by the equivalent of hits required, the amount being led to a pending debit, to be absorbed by subsequent recoveries, with privilege of drawback over any removal computed. f) We recommend not to put into practice either formula without having acquired full knowledge of its details through profuse theoretical experiences armed with all the required elements.

OF ITS FUNDING AND REGIME

Above all this, there is something very important about putting limits to the capital being invested, which in no way should exceed five hundred basic units, because this volume of chips is largely enough to support its development. Investment should be tightly controlled based on policies that are formulated on this regard.

First of all, we say that the average benefit of our system is of five basic units per dealt number and this percentage is adjusted to the standard behavior to follow, so when this average amount has been achieved in the course of the game, you must unfailingly close the card and start again or terminate the session if the surplus obtained satisfy you or if the elapsed time has been reasonable. b) Each bet will fork in a upright mode on the appointed sectors at their respective level and to the one that precede it in the central column in rotation
c) Removed two nuclei, game is reduced to the two remaining until the third removal.

4 Ã,º a) Three consecutive nuclei are opened with two bets each one in open play, on the last two sections raffled off
