Yes Dear Victor

That is a good underlying principle. I fully endorse that. It should be practiced both sides. Authority should not give "special rights".

"Inverted Asch Effect: Do not use your power and authority to overrule the common and collective opinion of the majority, unless you are absolutely sure of what you are doing."

Great to know you appreciate the policy mate.

I'd like to add the fact nobody has ever been (nor will ever be) reduced to reader for sharing a system or commenting a tweak about a strategy, or by discussing roulette aspects in a productive manner.

It really boils down to personally addressed comments! Each and every case of a dissatisfied member can be pin-pointed to this fact.

Those members you refer in your post above have the doors open, as long as they come here to actually discuss ROULETTE and are mature enough to keep personal vendettas aside

my concern is:

- That the forum becomes short of these members contributions and i am not talking about spam or "nay say posts" i am referring to really objective and valid and positive contributions or sharing of knowledge over roulette. In this sense all of us become poorer.

- Good sense tells me both parts of an incorrect argument should be warned.

- The conduct of some "hidden agendas" should be completely outraged.

- No one should be morally above anyone.

Having said that,  i consider you Victor the most well balanced person for the job. I respect your efforts and admire the way you admin this forum.
My sincere Congratulations to you.
That doesn't take me from pin point some unfriendly behaviors.

Yours Truly,

Quoting Donald Darden:

"A temper and short fuse are apparently not uncommon among some of the gifted."

It is indeed a bittersweet experience to deal with someone who on the one hand is a productive member and a saavy player and on the other hand is a disruptive member jumping all over other people's threads posting abrasive personal comments.

Whenever an action is taken, it is only because of the later.

If that type of fellow could strip that side out of them while in here, we could be in peace. We are welcoming of every person who wants to debate in peace.

Agreed. Quite a shame when someone does not want to let the personal issues aside and focus in discussing what's really important: the topic at hand; in our case discussing roulette.

Hopefully this type of person will find their way to any of the other forums in the roulette community and won't be a loss for us as a whole. We are part of a "roulette ecosystem".

Whenever both sides are arguing in such a way that disrupts the forum, we absolutely "ring both bells"!

A double-moderation scenario is not that uncommon, although most of the time abuse is a one-sided thing.

If you spot them, report, report, report.

We do listen!

Agreed.

Staff always tries to be as fair as possible in every case. We like to treat everyone the same

Thanks for the kind considerations towards me, yet be 100% certain this is a community effort.

For the most part we all make this as a matter of LOVE!

Our place as a forum is to show the world that the gambling subject can be brought and debated in a peaceful, friendly environment.

And we are making it! People come to us and support because of the quality level of discussion we regularly enjoy in here. This is OUR achievement as a forum, as a community , an unity which works together for a common goal
