Odds and payouts are different things. If either the odds or payouts don't change, then the result is the same - eventual loss.

Its just maths Tom.

by the way, just a taste of how he was playing those repeaters would be superb.

Quotemr.ore means this:-

Unit value 50 x 600 times = 30,000

Unit value.
Compared to 30000/50=600 units profit,

Both are wrong.
Though the maths may be correct.

If you start with $10 Euro.
And make $1 Euro playing at a online casino.
Then depending on how you look at.
You have made 1 unit.
If the chip size was $1
If the chip size is $0.50c then you have made 2 units.
And so on.
Since BV has a minimum bet of $0.01c you could also say that you made 1000 units.

Any profit is better than no profit.
When are the units ever dived when playing roulette anyway?
When Your in front. That's all you should care about.

When I started with $30 Euro and turned it into $10,000
I did not divide it. Or care about how many units I made.
All I cared about is how much PROFIT I made.

mr.ore

Supposing that he played no-zero roulette, then it is correct to assume 30000/50, because chance of winning x units is same as a chance of losing x units, then unit size or payout does not matter, but the higher the unit size or payout, the less spins it takes to decide the final result. For example with even chance on no-zero roulette you can "simulate" any other chance.

a) if you divide you bankroll to smaller bankrolls of two units and write W on winning one unit, or L on losing two units, then you simulate two dozens bet, 66.666% of time there would be W and 33.333% of time there would be L. WWWLWLWWLLWWWLLWLLLLLWWLWWWWLWLLWW...

b) divide bankroll so that only a unit is bankroll, then on losing it write L, but if you manage to win a certain amount like 35 units, then write W. The distribution of Ws and Ls should be same as for single number. Of course it takes longer to win or lose on even chances, and the greater the amount, the longer it takes.

For even chance without house edge, probability of winning target amount T with initial bankroll B beofore losing it is B/(B+T), so for two units and target one unit it is 2/(2+1)=2/3 and it is same as a dozen, for initial bankroll one unit and target 35 it is 1/(1+35)=1/36, same probability as winning on a single if played there in one spin. So winning 30000$ with 50$ starting bankroll has a probability 50/(50+30000)=1/601, no matter how player plays. It is absolutely different story for normal roulette with house edge..
