Odds and payouts are different things. If either the odds or payouts don't change, then the result is the same - eventual loss.

Okay, so I guess I'm talking to myself.  Please feel free to listen in.  I may eventually peak some interest.

New tweak.   Betting penultimate once doesn't appear to be stable enough.  So, let's bet the penultimate twice before betting on the double dozens.

In other words we'll be 1 units on the penultimate dozen.  If it loses, we'll bet 1 unit on the new penultimate dozen.  If the new penultimate dozen is the same as the last dozen, we'll bet the 3rd dozen back.
Example:  The last 3 dozens were 2,1,2.  You bet doz 1, the penultimate dozen.  Dozen 2 spins.  You lose.  You now have dozens 2,1,2,2.  Instead of betting doz 2 for your second penultimate bet, bet doz 1 since dozen 2 has hit 2X in a row already.  If you lose the second penultimate bet, add together the amount lost on the two penultimate bets and bet that amount on each of the last two dozens to hit.  In this case, let's say dozen 3 hit so we have 2,1,2,2,3 which means we will bet on dozen 2 & 3.
A win on the double dozen bet will recover the units lost on the last two penultimate bets and we can start over at this betting level.  When we are at a higher bankroll overall, we start back at 1 unit.

Here's a safe and slow progression:

Test it a little and see what you're missing.  I'm having excellent results with this.  I'd appreciate anyone doing even a short test and let me know how you come out.  It could be that I'm just the luckiest person in the world, and you can save me some time and money.

Thanks,

GLC

Thanks for all your hard work glc,I will test this over the coming days and report back. :)

Thanks Moles.  I'm having 2nd thoughts about this myself.  It seems like a good concept, but F_LAT_INO may be right.  The progression is a killer.  It does really well for a while and then if you lose a progression, it can take forever to recover.  Hold off with the testing and I'll keep playing with it until I reach a point where I can't seem to lose and I'll bring you up to date.

F_LAT_INO,

I read your reply in Hermes' section.  It sounded like you implied that if I were to take a trip to Croatia, you would show me your E.C. system that is a sure winner and I could pay for my trip with the casinos' money.  If so, not a bad offer, and I'd surely love to relax on the beaches again.  Unfortunately, I could never go without the misses and kids.  Not only that, but with the terrible economy here in the US, my small business is limping along on one leg.  I don't know when I would be able to get away.  But, if everything comes together, I may take you up on it.

Best Of Luck To You,

George
In my case it doesn't matter.  I'm both!

Update,

I have reversed the order of betting.  Now I bet 2 dozens for 3 spins (betting the last 2 dozens to show) with the 1-1, 3-3, 9-9 progression.  If I lose 3 in a row, I then start betting the penultimate dozen only with 14, 21, 32, 47, 71.  Any hit leaves us ahead.  In order to lose the 211 units, the penultimate would have to miss 8 times in a row.  Very possible, but my hedge is with the 1st 3 bets where I also win if there is a repeat dozen or penultimate.  This betting method also wins quite a good return.  It just depends on how often a 211 unit loss comes around.

I'll keep testing it until I get a couple losses.  If I'm still ahead by a reasonable amount, I'll post my results and you can decide if you think it's worth testing more.

Thanks for the encouragement,

George

PS  After testing for a short time more, I hit two losses almost back to back.  So, scrap this new betting method.

LOL,keep on going, the dozens bet are the best bets at the wheel, its just finding the right balance :)

Have you tried fender's crossplay method, where you wait for a dozen or column to miss 4 times then bet it will hit on the 5th spin only,if it misses, wait again for either to miss 4 times than bet 5th spin only,

Flat betting this is a very good bet,as long as you have a stop-loss target, when things don't go your way, which in this crazy game you never know when this will be :D
