I've heard a lot of talk lately about interblock automated roulette wheels common in most vegas casinos manipulating spin outcomes by adjusting wheel spin speeds.
I have noticed a difference between live wheels and these kiosk...

if you think your info is real, that there is only 1 strategy on a wheel like that, play the numbers that are expected less to appear.

Personally, I've played on both live wheels and the interblock kiosk ones, and I do notice a difference in the way the balls bounce and the final outcomes. However, I'm not sure if it's necessarily due to manipulation or just the inherent differences in the technology used.
