Here the table limits, as they are shown to me in real money mode:
Straight number: 0,01 - 0,10
Split                     0,01 - 0,20
Street                  0,01 - 0,30
Corner                  0,01 - 0,40
Line                       0,01 - 0,60
Column/Dozen      0,01 - 1,00
ECs                       0,01 - 2,00
This table limits restricting a successfull gameplay enormously (at least the way I play).
Sadly I recogniced this only after putting money to the account.
(BlackJack has also a table limit from 0,01 to 1,00 â,¬)

sorry if the info did not help. well, u can try liberty reserve casinos too. i don't know their limits, but minimum is 1c too AFAIK
