Have you ever watched those early Sunday Gospel shows by accident from the USA?
You know the ones I mean. Like Hour of power and so on.
Or crystal palace by Robert Shuller. or something similar.

Any of those US gospel or religious shows.
Just look at how much $$$$$$$$ is behind them.

What does Saipan voting on casino gambling have to do with the U. S?

As far as our freedom is concerned, if people dont like the laws they dont obey them its that
simple.  An individual does not risk prosecution gambling on thier computer because the Feds
are more concerned about enforcing the ban on third party transactors.  Only some individual
states have an outright ban on internet gambling but Florida (where i live) is not one of them.
