The administrator died.

This meant that new people couldn't join the forum, and existing members couldn't retrieve their forgotten passwords, or create new ones if they lost them.

It had nothing to do with moderation.

I always find it interesting when members *SEARCH* *SEARCH* out old topics/posts in order to "get ya". (lol) I think the oldest post I might of quoted was going back....a week.
