I am curious as to how many of you got into roulette prior to online gaming and if so, what got you into playing online? What do you feel are the differences between playing in "real" life vs. playing online (other than the obvious physics issues)? Thanks in advance!

Didn't have to go to Vegas/AC anymore to play the game.

Comfort, familiarity, health reasons, simplicity.

I am playing  roulette  since 1981. Never  having played online  even if permitted to  play there.

There is NO substitute for the real thing.

Why I was asking ADulay is because I find the differences between playing in real life and playing online fascinating. I also think the psychology behind it is interesting. Personally I love the physicality of playing live with other players, seeing the dealer spin and trying to work the physical system of it. I live where there are casinos in every city, so not having to go to Vegas isn't much motivation for me to play online. I'm just curious is all. Thanks for your responses.

To my mind offline casino is very nice place and specific atmosphere  :D Online is comfortable. You can play every time you like - day or night. Also they have very attractive conditions.

I'm pretty new to the gambling world. I started. This netent slot game has unusual design as it is analogue of a horror film. But some of my friends prefer roulette, so they persuaded me to try. It turned out to be a very interesting and the most exciting game ever. So, I'm one of those who started gaming online first, and then played roulette.
