However, in my case they often look at me funny as usually I'm the only one
playing 3 DS covering 18 nos; whilst the rest of the crowd are playing like robot
plenty inside nos or the standard ec bets which cost a lot more than 3 DS.

@Richbailey - Depending on what's going on at the table, I may use the Fibonacci idea, or stretched Fibonacci,
or Foolproof progression.

I like the 3 ds idea. Id use $5 units and maybe a positive progression?

May be do an analysis of the different progressions and pick the one that works
bets for u.

Ok let me rephrase that. I want to limit my loss to 300 a night. I will be there for three nights so that will be close to 1,000 for the trip. So i guess my actual BR. Is 1,000... I dont mind lossing all my BR in one night as I am going with my wife and three other couples and have more plans than just gambling (not my idea). But like I said I dont mind convering numbers.

You are going with completely the wrong attitude! You are expecting to lose! In fact you state you don't mind losing! No wonder the casinos are coining it in!

Get serious or don't play! Simple!

Study my Supa Dupa Method that Chris has already alluded to. And look it up yourself! You need to do some work and research. It won't fall on the plate for you!

That did sound kind if rude!! Haha but its all good.. If i was going with a losing mentality I would of never even bothered reading all of YOUR and everyone else methods... I said i wouldnt mind losing the 1000 on one night meaning that i can have the 1000 dollars as my bankroll for that night! That i am not limited to 300 dollars as it got interpreted before. And trust me I have been doing alottt of reading here. Just wanted some advice on what worked best for everyone here..

Personally, I consider the idea of splitting 1000 into 3 bankrolls a good one.
But I would be only looking for £30-40 profit from the BR at each session.

You have been very honest about your knowledge and experience....so I will be.

If you dont know what EC or flatbet means, there is much more you dont know.

Its all about Health and Safety these days. You cant do the job until you have passed all the training.

You havnt mentioned stop loss or Win goal.

I think your win goal is thousands and your stop loss is £1000

it wont work.

With £300 BR (1/3 of my 1000), I would be very pleased with £75 if things were going very well, but my goal would be £30 - £40.

I would be coming home on the worse night ever with £200 of my £300. Thats certain.

Ricky - When you say a $10 table what does that mean ? How can you bet $5 units ?

On a $10 table here in OZ it means that the minimum units are $10 & you need to bet in $10 increments on the inside 36 (38) numbers (37 single zero here).

Find a streaky table. When you sense a streak of 4 reds do this:

Put 300 on red, if win let it ride with 600 on red, if win let it ride with 1200 on red, if win take the 2400 and walk away. All you need is a streak of 4.

Ofcourse that means i would be playing at a 10 dollar table... Im getting there tomorrow night until Friday so I know Mornings during the week you can find alot of 10 dollar tables..

So Vegas was awesome as it always is.... Overall I did ok... Lost some, won some.. Drank alot for free lol I came out ontop $35 dollars.... Lol i found a whole buch of five dollar tables. Remember that I went dirimg the week. So i stuck
With playing two dozens and one street (thats six right).  I would play the two larger number dozens and placed my street bet on 7-12 leaving eight mumbers uncovered the two zeros and i through 6. I would bet $10 on each of the two dozen then $5 on the street so risking $25 to make $5... Covering roughly 85% percent of the numbers?
I would usually wait until one of the eight uncovered numbers came out then I would bet. It did bite me in the but a couple times. But i came out on top... Didnt play as much as I wanted to because I could find a progression that i could use if I lost a bet... Is there any progression that I can hae with this?
