I'd like to discuss betting on 19-36 and the 1st dozen. We all know the 1st dozen pays 2 to 1 and the 19 thru 36 is even money

what is a good progression for this bet selection? you only lose if 0 or 13-18 comes out

a way to profit if the 1st dozen or high hits

3 units on high 2 units on 1st dozen would yield 1 unit profit, but lets say you lose that spin, where would you go now?

looking at prior live spin data it looks like flat betting this with no progression is a winner.....maybe a trigger of waiting for a virtual miss?
the key to winning with systems : play for a statistically irrelevant number of spins

I wouldnt bet that. Its a naive way to bet.

This way of playing roulette is for the Casino. They love it.

you only lose if 0 or 13-18 comes out

You said it!

Its an idea based on hope.

The Casino owners are hoping you play it

RouletteGhost

right

but if you flat bet it in the long run dont you have a pretty good chance of profiting

Any time your bet selection sits there without changing, you have a losing bet selection.  You cannot **CANNOT** hope to win long-term with a stagnate choice of where your chips lay.  Computer simulations and short streaks are not enough to base any faith on.  There has to be a dynamic nature to any successful strategy.  That can be money management/progression, moving bets, wL tracking, virtual losses, whatever.  Like Turner said, this is a simplistic bet selection that will be eaten alive by the casino.  I lost my first $600 gambling session on something similar and it taught me a lesson.  I don't know all the answers, but I do know that this isn't one of them.

Take note of what Turner and Colbster are telling you Rich, they know.   Static betting is not the way to go, it is like what we have been trying to tell you with the 3 middle streets, it will not work for long.  Your luck will run out.

You need a dynamic betting plan.

as just said in leave some out
How do you win at roulette, simple, make the right decision

There is food for thought here, but not as a static bet as outlined by RouletteGhost, but using his thought and making it flexible as follows.

Add betting 3rd Dozen and Low as well, eg follow the last dozen or follow the last H/L or alternatively just making a static bet on 2nd Dozen combined with follow the last H/L, then also throw in a flexible double column bet, you will have an interesting bet.
Begin each day as though you think it is your last, you never know when you will be right.

This kind of betting is nothing more than betting on 5 double streets out of 6 of the table. So simple!!
If you win, you win 1 chip. If you lose, you lose 5 chips.
So, if i have to bet 5 chips, I can bet on whatever doublestreet I want, for example, I bet on 1st, 3rd, 4rth, 5th and 6th double dozen, letting out the 7 - 12 double dozen. It's the same!!
So, it's a kind of bet where we have theoriticaly 5 out of  6 chances to win, but If we win we win 1 , if we lose we lose 5. So it's even in the end.
And because we also have the zero, we always lose in the end (theoritically talking).
