Has anyone else using Betvoyager, experienced connection problems. They happen to me quite frequently when I am trying to recover from a losing run.

I have sent their excuse for a support team several e-mails about this and they claim the problem is my end, even though I have a very good connection and keep my cached history clear. They also say, that I am the only client it happens to.

They are not telling the truth. Betvoyager server is a shit. I also lost a lot of money because of this. It's a shame, something they are unable to solve for years.

I played every day in the past 2-3 weeks, and only had connection problem once. I was down a few units, I closed the window, and when I reopened it, that money I already lost was back in my account.

No problems for me either, and trust me, I have a sh1t connection

The live section in the past was rife with problems, you could lose your money and it can take WEEKS to get back on most occasions.  I am unsure if this has been fixed, but I am not prepared to risk it. There are threads about this on here and other sites.

The RNG section does lose connection sometimes, but your session tends to be restarted and your money is kept intact when you restart.

Yeah, the live section is gone for a while. I don't know the reason why, but I'm guessing it's because those money disappearing issues.

I still say the rng is safe to play, I barely have connection problems, and whenever my money was stuck on the table, I got it back within an hour or so, but it didn't happen for almost a year now.
