I was still squirting my Huggies when they did that.

It would be weird if someone had a picture of the crowd on the street, and in that crowd was a guy holding up his cell phone recording it.

This old guy who told me that, he told me about those times a little, for example in casinos there were no cameras, there was in a team of small cheaters in London casinos. They replaced chips with each other, when "no more bets" was called one of them placed "his" chips very quickly as if by mistake, and there were other chips there of his teammate. So the dealer had to pay to the other guy.

Well, eventually they were caught and their pictures were placed in London casinos and that's about it. In our days when cameras are everywhere and these tricks are so well known it is impossible.

That's all is a part of history of those times.
