Playtech live stream problem

Ok,
After a few time I decide to play roulette on playtech software(Swiss casino),and I have a big problem. I cant see live stream video. I try with a costumes service with their steps,with my own steps,with a internet tutorials about flash player problems..and still nothing. I try to reinstal everything,flash player,casino client and nothing..everytime I want to play live ,on stream is black screen with "please wait" message. Other programs and sites using flash player working fine. I do not what I have to do. Any from here has the same problem?? Any solution? Any help,please!!
