Hello,

This is my first post, I am relatively new to Roulette.
I would like to share a bet selection for Double Dozens with you.

It is a concept I borrowed from old time stock trading.
A trend following system.
I hand draw a swing chart on graph paper in real time as follows:

Doz 3 +1 (Up)
Doz 2 Neutral (No movement)
Doz 1 -1 (Down)

As an example; the ball lands on #33 (+1) I draw a vertical line up one increment.
#10 (-1) draw across one increment and then down one increment.
#15 (Neutral) no movement.

Now, when the line crosses a higher high, that is a trigger to bet Doz 3 and Doz 2.
When the line crosses a lower low that is a trigger to bet Doz 1 and Doz 2.

The attachment will illustrate more.

Please, let me know your thoughts.
In the absence of truly knowing we substitute.

Archer, first, welcome to the forum.

I have spent a fair amount of time applying technical analysis methods from stochastics and moving averages to hand charting.  As investing is said to be a random walk, I was intrigued to see if tools to manage the randomness could be applied to this form of random.  I did a lot of charting, including many examples on this forum, that gave visuals that are remarkably similar to what we see from charts for a stock or a commodity.  You can develop fairly sophisticated triggers to catch trends in the movement like what you propose here.  I like your approach and encourage you to find some of the posts from various guys in this community that might save you from reinventing the wheel or trigger new thoughts that can build on what you have here.  I'm looking forward to seeing how your efforts progress on this.  It's really fascinating!

Your chart says +43? Is that your winnings? I dont understand what you mean by a higher high?

How do you win at roulette, simple, make the right decision

Interesting method!
I have a hard time with the numbers you written.
Can you give an more exact example.  With how you write the graph when a spin comes and step by step how you bet?
So step by step spin example..
Thanks

Hi Colbster,

Thank you for your warm welcome!

Hi Rewster88,

Apologies- allow me to correct myself, that should have read;

When the line crosses a Previous Low that is a trigger to bet Doz 1 and Doz 2.

The +43 notation is the units won for that particular session applying a progression. (In hind site it was +41)
The # symbol designates the physical number that came out.
That leaves the other numbers on the graph, being the sequential spin numbers- as I enter them into an excel pgm for reference.

Hope that makes sense!

Makes more sense for me at least
What is the progression you are using?

tuddilue

But I still want some spin session, can't you do something like this:
#spin,  bet (progression),  bankroll,  up/down in the chart 📈
For example 36 spins. The chart as well..   What do you think?

Archer

Hi Tuddilue,

Here is the data:

If you look at the trigger it should correspond to the arrow on the chart.

The progression is 1 : 3 : 9

I have played 33 games using this system on double dozens and the largest continuous loss in a row is 6 so far.
