Fascinating. I've been banned from an uncensored forum, despite him saying he hasn't banned me.

Michael:

* Your long post is a waste of time. Like most people, I don't care who you are. And your understanding of the situation is poor.

* Use logic. The negative material about me is a rash on the internet that will never be removed, which I accept. If it bothered me that much, I would have changed my name long ago. And I'm not desperate to do something that's not possible. So all I did was post clear information so anyone, if they care, can find the truth. Then you announce that I'm not allowed to do that, on an uncensored forum. You don't know me Mike, but I will say it exactly as it is because there's nothing to hide. Your understanding is wrong.

* Regarding your ID and biased moderation, Its easy to say my claims have "zero credibility", when you removed the proof and called it "off topic". And you dont speak for other members. Strange for an uncensored forum, especially one with off-topic posts on every thread. Moreover, my post was perfectly ON-TOPIC because it discussed the motives for attacking me and my forums. Anyone with a brain can figure that out. Seems pretty biased.

* Iheartroulette is not a purchaser of mine. Read what he (perhaps you) wrote. But if it wasn't you, and if you don't have the brains to figure out it's someone with a vendetta, then god help you.

* You arent up to speed on events. Kav, Angelo and i have reconciled our differences.

* The material I posted was to refute nonsense. Like when someone says "his computers are a scam", I say "actually they really work, and here, test them for free and see". Actually it's not SPAM. Spam is when someone posts something UNSOLICITED. Me highlighting that the thread turned into a "giant ad" is my way of saying:

"You can attack me, but it actually helps me because the truth is on my side. All I need to do is respond with the truth, and anyone with a brain can figure it out."

Your members are not quite the type of people I want to deal with. My responses are for people who have never before seen the false allegations.

* The offer I made for your site was generous and despite what you believe, had nothing to do with material posted on it. Negative material can be posted anywhere. Your forum is a start-up site with low traffic, comprised mostly of members who just attack moderators from other board. There is barely any quality organic traffic or quality discussion - most of the posts are stolen from other forums. What I do like is the functionality of the forum though. Maybe you think it's worth the Wizards sites, which were sold for well over their worth. Anyway I created GAMBLERSFORUM.COM which is to be a generic forum for all games, but with proper moderation.

* Your moderation IS biased. In fact your biased moderation is the only moderation on your forum. You allow links to Mark Howe's sites which attack me (and say how great his computers are), but censor links to my sites that refute the rubbish. Mark's whole site IS an advertisement.

* By tracking IPs and observing the timing of responses and IP logs, I narrowed down the identity of Iheartroulette to just a few IPs. One was yours, the site admin in Spain. Strange that the attacks on me are mostly encouraging people to not post at my forums. Maybe it really was you. Like I said it comes down to a few IPs, and you're on that list.

If you really aren't iheartroulette, which is possible considering it comes down to a couple of other IPs, then please accept my apology. But at least dont:

* Remove the "proof" then claim I had no proof
* Remove posts that don't suit you, then use an excuse saying its "off-topic" when its not.
* Allow others to attack me without any moderation, but censor my responses

And finally, If you are going to selectively censor posts for your own benefit, and be biased, its going to bite you back later as your members see how you really run things. Something you should have learned after baccarat forums.

I looked over my response on GF and not a part of it is "spam". It's all about refuting lies. My responses to false allegations will now be limited to "actually it's all rubbish, but I'm not allowed to give proof".
