Roulette programs (bots) which log on to Internet Casinos?

I am looking for commercial roulette programs (bots) which log on to Internet Casinos and give me the ability for fully automated game play.
E.g. I formulate a set of specific trigger rules and when the program recognizes a trigger according to my rules it will play a certain strategy, again according to a fixed set of rules which I have defined beforehand.
Does anybody know if such a program giving me the opportunity to play fully automated roulette does exist? More or less like a Forex bot.

Nick Carbone, in association with VLS has been developing something for about four years.  Here is the latest iteration.  I've recently downloaded and installed, but have not tried or explored much.
