Given:
There is a good chance that a repeat number will happen between 8 and 12 spins.

If all the numbers are black before a repeat, then would you have a higher chance of betting on black than red?

There really is too many Black/Red numbers (or other EC) that you can trust a high/close repeaters to take any effect. Same goes for dozens/colums really.

However if you do get the uncommon event of 2 or 3 numbers repeating really close together (within like 10-12 spins) then you can normally then trust that 3-4 lines are also "hot" and the last 1-3 lines are cold. Thus if this happens i usually play the last 3 hit lines continually (aka keep changing the bet with the last 3 hit lines) while usually also covering the single hot numbers with a extra unit. However only for a short while as it usually ends really fast. Also this usually only happens at the last 5-10 mins of a dealers 30 min watch.

At the start of a dealers 30 min watch is usually where they are the most overall random (not garanteed but in general) so here i usually play the 3 coldest lines (again continually ever changing when new lines hit). This is the only "cold" bet i trust somewhat as it works from experience. Or play all 3 EC hoping for a change. Again only for a short while. Because the wheel quickly find a way to show up with the anti-system killer pattern.

I know other people on this frum is WAY more into repeaters than me and probably know much more about the "spread" between when a number repeats. If you think of the wheel always spinning then all 37-38 numbers are technically all repeaters .. its just a question about when they last hit, like was it 15 spins ago or 55 spins ago for 173 spins ago. I think most of us has all tried to play something bet the last 10 numbers hit to repeat and failed so we know that most of the time multiple repeats dont happen often close togehter, infact the "spread" seem very high when the dealer is very random, so i usually compress down my "3 cold lines" even further to the 2 splits in each line as getting a repeated number/spilt from 4-6 spins ago is very unlikely (rare).

So you could track lines if you are waiting for repeaters. Not saying it will work wonders, nothing is guaranteed in roulette. So when 1 or 2 lines gets cold it quite often dont mean repeaters, But if you get 2-3 cold lines the chance is there. And if you dont get repeaters but multiple hits in the same line (like a but rare 7, 10, 9, 8 in line 2) its still profit. Always beware of the swings as well. Also the wait can be quite long sometimes, like 2-3 hours (or longer) untill you get 2-3 repeating numbers with just 10-12 spins.
