I was reading some teachings from the roulette player 'Manrique' on another forum and this one caught my attention. I think it is a good approach and would like to share it with you all. Manrique believed in having 20 seperate banks of 200 units each.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Each day that we lose a session we will take the total amount of lose from that day and we dilute that between the 19 other teams that we have home.

Then example:

We have 200 chips , and for some reason this ones are gone.

When we get home , we will take 10 chips from each one of the 19 teams of 200 chips we still have , and we make a 190 chips team.

Then again we have 20 teams , but with 190 chips each.

Another example:

I take 200 today , but I lose 40 chips.

I still have 160 , but now I have a total of 3960 chips only at home , so I will make 20 teams with that again, then I will dilute that 40 chips between all the teams and I will get back again 20 teams but 198 chips each.

So each time we lose something one day we dilute that loses and we face against the casino with 20 teams no matter what it is truth teams of less value each time we dilute but 20 teams at the end.

A loss is a loss, I think we can all agree on that.  However, I think this is a very positive approach which means you can go back the next day in a better frame of mind than maybe you would have otherwise.

The 5% of total bankroll rule is pretty standard among professional gamblers.
