It sure can. Don't get me wrong, I don't try to sound negative. It's great that he's winning, but if you do lot of simulations you can see that good runs can last for thousands of spins. So I personally don't trust most tests under 10K bets.

Attached is a chart of one of my flat bet tests on outside bets. If I did this test spin by spin, maybe I would have thought I had the HG. But in the other 9000 bets it barely won anything and had swings of 200+ units.

Polps method is at +2700 and only risks 4 single  number units a bet.

Hes barely played 3000 spins.  Thats a unit a spin or more.... that must be more than luck.  And flat bets too

Polp at least the first  quarter of your games dont count it looks like as u developed thr methid u started betting up to 10 numbers abd woth progression ... only later did u always flat bet 4 numbers

iv looked at hundreds of spins. you start randomly on 4  then u move the bets to keep away from hit numbers because from your 2k spins its not probable that u would never bet on any numbers from last about 20 spins..

u never have bets from about last 20 numbers that have hit
usually 2 red 2 black or 3 and 1 red\black
also a mix of odd/even high/low. never all in same category

it cant be co incidence if u arent looking at any past spins and just moving the pieces at some point they would land on hit numbers

Unsure why sometimes it bets 3 numver then 2 then back to 4...and 3 red one black....

But... someone shud do a excel to start like broben... something simple that i saw most..

Bet 4 numbers flat bet
Always unhits from last 20 spins or 25 spins
Always 2 red 2 black  2 odd 2 even 2 high 2 low....

So 4 numbers. ..but mixed 2 from each ec

I think what happens is he runs out of unhits then reduces to 3 then 2
