EVEN CHANCE BET THAT CASINOS DON'T ACCEPT

Recently playing at the table/Slovenia-Lipica casino/noticed 2 Italians
one on the left side of me and one on the right side.The one on the left side
/nearer wheel/after the croupier releases ball was saying to the other/and this was
when the croupier was starting anouncing NO MORE BETS/either RIGHT or LEFT,
and they placed their bets quicker then anouncment of the croupier.
RIGHT meant--low blacks and high reds and LEFT meant low reds and high blacks.
You can guess they won on my table and after the croupier changed they went
looking for another table.btw-every of 18 numbers they bet was maximum topped.
Now the question is;

Why casinos dont accept this as E/C bet?

I think cause its possible VB one side of the table,what do you think or do
any have any experience in this.

It certainly has to do with the fact they don't want people to use the physical approach over the math-based game.
