but Iboba made a post about some device
he had found out in some casino in his country.
And with that device, you could made whatever numbers spun.

Just curious what happened then?
Did he go on playing in that casino and so on?

You got it all wrong my friend.
Since he played 3 DS against other 3 DS,and his DS/7-12,19-24,25-30/didn't
hit for more then 30 spins,he was sure the local casino where he was regulary
playing was cheating him that night.So he rigged his own wheel with magnets
and ordered a detector/from the electronic expert/to prove his point.
And now he can/on his own wheel/pressing the certain buttons exclude anything
he wish from the play.For instance pressing the button 2 you can spin all night
there will be black hitting.IN OTHER WORDS THEY CHEAT MATE.
