Please note these are just my opinions and thoughts on this subject.

RE: link:://rouletteforum.cc/general-discussion/albalaha%27s-section/

I can sympathise.
I truly can.
As I, at one time.
Got scammed.
Yes, I know.
Hard to believe that a seasoned veteran as myself.
Could ever get scammed.
But it happened.

It's a long and arduous story.
That I'd rather not go into at this time.

Those members that have seen my posts over at VLS may know of the drama I had.

The past is another country.

Let old dogs lie...

Anyway...

Let me start of with the word Roulette.

Roulette by it's very definition is a game of chance.

So any member or person that decides to play it.
Decides to play a game of chance.

No matter if you win or lose.
The house always wins.

I have stated this many times.
Because it is true.

Though some may disagree.
When you think of it logically.
Then it is true.

PROVE ME WRONG...

Show me one casino that has ever gone out of business.
And I will eat my shorts.

Well I should qualify that a bit better.
Before eating my shorts.
The casino is a business.
Just like any other business.
Their business is to make money.
And they use your money to do so.
So a casino that loses it license.
From the state does not count.
Or if it gets bought out.
Then it does not count.

Rambling there a bit.

Back to topic.

Some say roulette is a mugs game.

What has any of this to do with scammers?
A great deal.

Lets take Joe...
Joe goes online.
Looking to make some extra cash.
He has an interest in gambling.
So he looks into casinos.
Online casinos.
Likes to play from the comfort of his own home.
So he finds a few.
Using google.
Load up a couple of casinos.
Joins a few.
Deposits some money into one or two of them.
At this point he has no idea about the bonus trap.
So he gets a bonus.
Makes a few bucks and tries to get it out of the casino.
Nope... he is trapped.
Because he didn't read the fine print.
Is this then classed as a scam?
Hmmmmm???

After learning his lesson.
He then goes online to find ways to beat the darn things.
Should of done this in the first place.

Finds forums like this.
Read, researches.
Ask questions.
Looks at posts.

Sees a HOLY GRAIL method.
Ohhhh...
That sounds good.

Ahh he forgets the old adage.
If it looks to good to be true. Then it probably is.

So he spends his hard earned cash on getting info on this HOLY GRAIL.
Tries it out.
It may have worked for him for a bit.
Let's assume that it did.

Ahhh Greed...
The smell of money...
Hmmmm

Powerful force that one. (Greed)

Beware the dark side, Luke. (Star Wars)

One thing people fail to take into account when doing anything.

Ohh well. He lost it all.

Let's go the other root.
Let's say he purchases or pays for the system.
And it fails straight away.
IE: It just losses him more money.
Is it just luck?
Or the RNG?
Or was it just a scam after all?

Who is to blame?
The person you purchased it from?
Or the person who purchased it?

Blame it on him...
He did it officer.
The butler did it.

I wonder what the world would be like if we lived in a blameless society.
And took full responsibility for our own actions...
Hmmm, something to ponder.

SCAM!!!!
SCAM!!!!!
SCAM!!!!!!

Get a grip...
It only becomes a scam.
When you decide it is a scam.
Until then, it has no power.

You have every right to (female dog) and complain.
Since you are given free will to do so.

Then if that is the case.
Then the other end of the stick also applies.

That is.
That they have a right to post their scams.
You get to chose to read them or not.

You can not have hot with out cold.
Dark with out light.

For one to exist.
The other side by definition must also exist.

Your are the centre of your own universe.

Now I know that is going way out there.
But if you are the one reading up on playing casinos.
And finding out how to beat them.

And you happen to come across a way that CLAIMS to do so.
If you have not done any Due Diligence.
Then a fool and his/her money will soon be parted.

Still I am just trying to warn others.
Or...
He/She has failed to prove what they say is true.

Lets look at the last part.

Is there AIR?
Can you see it?

How about electricity.?
Can you see that?

How about GRAVITY...
Can you see it?
I know you can feel it.
But if you can't see it.
Then how does it exist.?

Put up or shut up.

In other words...

SHOW ME THE MONEY...

Then again.
Since we have a gambling nature.
As in, we like to take risks.

We tend to do just that.
Take risks.

Win, lose or draw.

So the next best thing that comes along.

I don't see any harm having people in here who claim that they have the bees knees.
And if people are gullible enough to pay for it.
Then that is upon them.

I don't endorse them.
Or promote them.
People should be give enough of a choice to make a decision.
That is why they should ASK...

Ask and you shall revive.

Or

Ask and it will be given unto you.

Now, you may not like the answer.
But you asked for it.

Ask members.
Send messages.
Ask for a demo.

Show me some proof.
Is something you should ask often.

Or how much will it cost?
What are the returns.?

Can I lose on this system?

Well...

I am sure there are those that disagree with all that is said here.
That is why it is called FREE WILL...

I agree to disagree.

With respect...

And good humour.

Yours in faith.

As I've said elsewhere, I believe that anyone selling a system should either offer some way that prospective purchasers can put the system to the test before parting with their cash, or give a money back guarantee. There are plenty of system sellers who DO offer guarantees, in fact I've bought a couple of systems myself through clickbank. (and returned them)

I'm not saying that ALL system sellers are necessarily committing fraud:

FRAUD: a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual.
(wikipedia)

It could be that a seller has designed a system and done pretty well with it, so he decides to put it on the market after very limited testing. He's not intentionally trying to deceive anyone, he might genuinely believe that the system is a long-term winner.

The problem is that sellers never advertise their system in this way. When was the last time you saw an ad for a gambling system which said "I've done pretty well with this, and you might too, why not give it a try?"

Claims are misleading at best, and downright lies at worst. To establish intent is very difficult. Does the seller genuinely believe his system is a "holy grail", or does he know very well it isn't but doesn't care so long as he can sell it?

To me it's very simple, if a seller makes particular claims for a system which are false, then he has committed fraud, a criminal act. The buyer is no more responsible for this than is someone who is mugged for unknowingly straying into a high-crime area, or a woman who is raped for dressing "provocatively".

Hmmm, how about this claim?

Iraq has weapons of Mass destruction...

or even better, how about this claim.

I did not have sexual relations with that women.

See the documentary "The most dangerous man in America"

Or the late Aaron Russo film. "America: Freedom to Fascism"

Or anything to do with the world trade centre.

As for any claims regarding Roulette.

Youtube is full of them.
Just look.

There are even wild claims for Roulette Bot Pro.
Something that I promote.
Does that make me a scammer?

I am glad that we can play tennis like this.
At least it's not Russia.

The_Force

Ok, let me ask you this Thomas.

I see that you made some money using the Super Roulette bot.  Reading the website, it says things like:

". . . it works LONG TERM and continues to work no matter how long you let it run. . . "

". . . to put it simply, the more you play the more you win. . . "

Wow, sounds amazing!

So tell me Thomas, you must know other people that have paid a lot of money for the bot (I see the price $249 or $50 a month).  Is everyone winning with it then? Is everyone making money with Super Roulette "long term", as it boldly claims? If your answer is no, then I would suggest that people who have lost money have been scammed.

The difference between the Super Roulette scam and albalaha's scam is that at least Super Roulette had the decency to setup their own website.  Albalaha is taking advantage of a public domain aimed at people who want to win at roulette, and is promising something that he cannot possibly guarantee.

As you pointed it, it is ultimately down to the individual if he wants to pay money for a system.  But why make it easy for the scammers to locate their targets? The fact that this forum gives albalaha his own section almost condones his scam.  A newbie coming to this forum will see his section and think "ah, this person has been given his own section by this forum, so he must be legitimate".

Just because you've been scammed before, doesn't make it ok for others to be scammed too.  It is not some 'rite of passage' that all roulette players must go through.  No one should ever be scammed by greedy cretins.

ThomasGrant

Ahh as the saying goes...

There is a sucker born every second.

I am not saying it ok for others to get scammed.
I am not saying it is a good idea to let these scammers rome free.

What I am saying.
Is it is up to you.
Or who ever.
To make a decision.

Based on what you read.
Or hear.

You can advise others not to do the same as you.

So lets look at it from that point of view.

Say you come across Super Roulette.
Or for that matter Albalahas claims.

You read the claims.
Remember... YOU ARE READING them.
Now, lets say you pay your money.
And feel you get scammed.
So you tell others about it.
Great...
Good on ya.

The next person may not wish to purchase from him again.
On the other hand...
That never stopped people doing stupid things.
Now has it?

You could shout and scream and protest.
This is a scam...
This is garbage.
He has no proof.
And on and on.. and on.

At the end of the day...
Some fool still wont listen.
And go ahead and do it anyway...

So what has all your ranting achieved.?
Well you may have stopped a few people.

But if some fool wants to continue to make a fool of themselves.
Then there aint nuffin you can do about it.

My 2c...not pointing fingers @ anyone... my opinion alone

Wiki the word scam..in short.... an attempt to defraud a person...

Defraud = rob

Should be punishable!!!

Yes I know you will never beat the casino...BUT like I've said before...I would like to generate some "Xtra" income...
So if I come to a place on the web, like this fine site, as a noob, would you try and rob me because you know I don't know better???

Surely something a cool as this should be kept clean, without any rubbish from people who are claiming they have the "HOLY GRAIL"

People who are trying to rob us?

I work damn hard for my money, and I have the right to spend it the way I want, and I choose products that advertisers make me believe is worth my hard earned cash...but don't bs me, and take that away from me...
Trust the timing of your life!
