After a fitful night of snooze, I downloaded 1.0.6 and all my problems went away.  Kaspersky still thinks I have a virus, but they call it level 1, which does not cause the computer to shut down or malfunction.

You were right, I did have something set wrong in Global.  I forget that some places you write in actual money (5.00E) and others, units, (5u).

Sorry if I offended you, but my wife and I live on an IRA.  If we woke up and found it gone, we'd probably just take a bottle of Xanax and move on.

So, yes, things scare me.

Well, I sounded the "All Clear" a bit quickly.  Like Bush and "Mission Accomplished".

I guess I'm the only person on the forum to have this problem, but this bot has all but shut my computer down.  I thought it was going to work OK, but I jumped the gun.

I am running Vista and have done absolutely nothing on this computer that could cause this problem except download this bot and the upgrades.

Someone said it interfered with their bank.  Couldn't log on.

That's two of us..........

Might want to think about it.

All this trouble TCS is having does worry me.
I have no problems so far. I don't know enough to understand but surely if the bot software was infected we would all have it, wouldn't we?
Does it make a big difference what antivirus software is running. I have AVG and since downloading adobe flash I have some macafee programme that I haven't decided what to do about.

Kaspersky is one of the best anit-virus and spamware, malware programs available.  If it says "Watch Out", you better watch out!

I have made a movie of the whole mess, but it posts my real name.  Don't think I want that on the forum.

So not one swingin' dick on this forum uses Kaspersky?  You can buy it everywhere.

Finally, you would not relax if you'd been through the hell I have.

Firstly just cause you can buy it everywhere doesnt mean its good. I use NOD32 just as good as kaspersky.

Secondly. I probably wouldnt freak out like you have. Maybe im younger and have more experience on pc's so its a little easier for me to deal with problems.

The best solution. Start your pc in safe mode. This runs the least amount of programs on start up. Thus S9 wont be running and just hit shift-delete(permanent removal) but my feeling is that S9 is the least of your worries ATM.

Google is also a good place to begin.
