RX programing - betting on active streets

Hi, I would like to ask someone to code this system in RX. I am not able to do that and I am trying for couple of days.

The point is simple. When  the same street hits 2 and more times in the last 9 spins, we start betting on it with this progression: 7,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14. So, if street in the last 9 spin has hit 2 and more times we start betting for another 9 spins. If we dont win, we just stop betting after 9 spin. If street has hit 2 times in the last 9 spins and we started betting on it and this street has hit again. We won and the street may still appear like it has hit 3 times in the last 9 spins; in that case we start betting again with our progression. We do not start betting on the street only when the street has hit 0 or 1 in the last nine spins.

Can anybody code this? It is very promising system.
