Please can every BV player put some pressure on their support team to sort out why BV has stolen all my money from my account since Friday and even after they have admitted they have a technical problem still have not returned my funds........I am not the only player that has lost all their money

I would really appreciate everyone's help as this is totally unacceptable behavior from a reputable online casino and together we are always stronger

There's always the possibility that BV may be in financial difficulties ?
They don't reveal an operating address except that they are licenced in the Netherlands Antilles. A small Carribean Island country to the North of Venezuela.
The phone number links to the City of Curacao.
Their Terms & Conditions are somewhat thin but some that may be relevant are :
Item 3. All care but no responsibility. If they are having any software or hardware problems it's tough luck for the player (my summary).
Item 5. For large wins (not defined ?) they can freeze funds while they check 1 month of your game sessions.
Item 7. Under certain conditions they can exclude you from playing.
My experience with customer service casino people in general is that when there are problems they often skirt around the issues & try to smooth " ruffled players feathers". As all too often there is some disconnection between them & core administration ?
The classic left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing etc.

Yes I know where they are registered, they have admitted the technical issue on their live site whilst I spoke to them on Skype, and have confirmed that my funds are still there but you maybe right that they are just smoothing things over and keeping me and others at arms length
I can only hope that they do return my funds otherwise there's no way anything legal can be done due to where they operate from

I'm sure they will. If you ever had to deal with Skrill support, you would know how good the BV support is. I had to wait 5 week for a reply from skrill, while as I mentioned before, BV always reacts within an hour when my money stuck in a roulette game.
I suggest you try things from a different angle seeing that BV is giving you guys the run around.
I just looked up the Netherlands Antilles casino gaming controllers & came up with the Curacao Gaming Control Board. If you google that you'll get their email link & their role in gaming regulation there.
It would probably be worthwhile to contact them simultaneously explaining your BV problems. Perhaps then the local "BIG Brother" may bring presssure to bear so you then might get paid what's due etc. ?
As a matter of interest will you all say how much money you have outstanding with BV ?

I am guessing we are in the same boat here Gordon, like you I have quite a lot of money tied up in BV. Unfortunately I did a transfer of my whole balance to the live casino to and have not seen it for a few days now. Emails get nowhere. I won't be using BV again if this ever gets resolved.

I wonder why you not play Dublin ? , during the day when there are no players at the table, go less than a minute per spin.
Mare - What's the table limits at Dublin ? From memory I think they are a lot lower than Party Casino ? Can Dublin match Party's 2 -2000 2 : 1 range & 1 : 1,000 bet ratio. ? All important when playing a progression, which I do. I don't flat bet.

Earlier today they sent me a message on Skype and said that the problem will be sorted later and I should check back then, I checked at 22:30 and still no funds
I contacted them on Skype and was told that they had returned funds to their players.......I explained that mine are still missing and the reply was there are no managers in until tomorrow and they will contact them in the morning
What makes me so angry is that I am made to feel that I've no right to be annoyed that I have no access to my money and I should be patient (4 days is beyond patient) also after I complained yet again on Skype and demanded some compensation I was told that I've no right in making demands and I replied that obviously I should be happy that they've stolen my money
I have now been removed from their contacts list (how childish)....... how stupid of me for being annoyed my funds are missing

Gordon - As you haven't said anything of a reply from the Curacao Gaming Board (CGB) I can only assume not much will happen with them ?
A likely scenario is that a "boss" from the CGB will pick up the phone & call up a "boss" at BV. The BV "boss" may say that they've had a few technical difficulties but these have now been resolved & every outstanding a/c holder will have their balance adjusted & all outstanding matters processed ?
Ok BV "boss" says CBG "boss" we hope things return to NORMAL & your customers stop complaining.
It may be worthwhile to fire off another email to the CGB updating your current situation ? Best of luck with it.
PS - The people you are dealing with are only office workers. They probably get fed up with complaining people all the time as the bosses, just like generals on the hill, don't cop any of the bullets ? As annoyed as you are a softly softly approach usually works best as ultimately it's they who pull all the strings.

Don't get me wrong here, I've been extremely polite on Skype and email and I don't direct my frustrations personally to any support individual, however when I am told to be patient and we are sorting out the problem and that I'm wrong to feel angry, that is very insulting, it's now 5 days and they haven't detailed exactly what's happening, or come up with an alternative way to credit back my funds
How would anyone feel if their bank behaved in such a way and you couldn't access your funds
BTW I've checked my account and still no funds or an email update which was promised yesterday

Sad those things should happen but even more sadly that you ppl.play online.They all are bunch of mafia....believe me even DB...as had a very big issue with em,but for much,much larger money.

But is BV really under their jurisdiction?
Because when I look at their website it seems to me that the CGCB is only for land based casinos and not for online casinos like BV.
I looked up some more information and it seems to me that the Curacao eGaming is the company to contact here. Because they give out licenses to online casinos.
I'll send them an e-mail about the situation and I'll keep everyone up to date.

FYI....I did email the CGCB on Monday and as yet have not had a reply, I also emailed the Netherland & Antilles Government as according to their website run under their jurisdiction, I did receive a reply advising me that they can only give out information and to contact the Dutch Gaming Authority
I did this yesterday and if I receive a reply I will update everyone
Hopefully together we will achieve a positive outcome, its a shame that BV have not been more proactive and got their act together and sorted it by now

Late last night I have contacted the local government again, at least I did receive a personal email from their Public Relations team advising to contact the Dutch Gaming Authority which I did but not had an acknowledgement yet
I have explained that the issue is still ongoing and asked for some more advice or an alternative local route to pursue

#Ausguy...........Yes the problem was linked to browsing their Live site and nothing to do with their RNG site, I never even got to open any live game and I never entered an amount to play, but all my money was transferred to the live site without my knowledge
I received an email earlier today from the local Government, and they have put me in touch with the Public Information Service of Caracao, I have now forwarded my correspondence to them and will wait for their reply

gordon i m sure they will sort it out ,i had similar story i did play on rng and was up 650 euro then decided to go and try live play went there no probs from 650 i went down to 230 and then was hit on number 2 with 25 euro on it kept playing and got up to 1700 euro stoped and went to withdraw money but they were not there loged out loged in went to same live game money were there went back to withdraw them and this time i had them..so i think your problem could be similar

The issue you are referring to is if you have an open game without exiting properly, I'm aware of this but my problem is completely different because none of the games would open, so my money wasn't attached to any live game it just got transferred to the live site and disappeared
Here is the latest problem which makes me even more angry......I've just logged onto their live site and all 6 Roulette games are working fine, so they have sorted the technical issue with the site but surprise surprise my money is not attached to any of the games

No reply to my last email, and no reply from support on Skype.....and after 4 messages to them they go offline, so that tells you that Customer Service is non existent
They've sorted the live casino problem and stolen all funds that were lost in the system
Unbelievable that they can do this, hopefully when the government get back to me I will have to report this as a crime

Finally had a chat on Skype would you believe, and she gave me her name (Tina)
She agreed that this has not been handled very well and the tech dept has got the live site running but Real & Play money are not available, they are hoping to have it fixed in 24 hours
She also said that she'll pass on my concerns to the management team in the morning and contact me when it's sorted
This was the first time I had a pleasant chat with anyone on support and the first time someone identified themselves, who knows it might eventually get sorted or they are still fobbing us off
Whatever happens and even if I do get my money back they need to be grovelling for continued custom or give everyone some compensation

Yes it was a bit more positive and nice that Tina identified herself but until the funds are back I'm staying cautious
I've also heard from a friend who emailed them and was worried about depositing money due to rumours of missing funds
They replied admitting the problem and also said all players money will be returned
At least they've admitted the problem to a player who's not been affected, fingers crossed

I find it interesting that apparently several member of the forum has lost their money, so I thought it might have happened to hundreds of players and that's why it take so long to sort out. But after a quick search on the net, I did not find a single public complaint or mention of missing money apart form the threads Gordonline started.

There are a lot of players affected because they've told me but like you I thought there would've been more on here, just goes to show that most of us are happy playing their RNG

Update
At last some good news........My money has been returned this morning and I've received the 1st email from the Management apologizing and giving a measly 10 Euros in compensation ???
I have replied and asked if they feel that 1 Euro for each day's delay is appropriate, also have given them some advice on dealing with such a serious issue
Anyway at least I've got my money back which is the main thing and this thread can finally sink off page 1 ;D
I also hope that Sam, Foogus, and Monaco have their funds back as well

friendly so that this sort of problem is avoided as it is being watched

Not sure if this is the same issue or not.
I just logged into their live Casino.
Went to play Auto Roulette. I got a black screen. I got disconnected.
Went back into my account, my funds were 0 however my BetVenture account had my funds.
Picked up Live Roulette and got a black screen. However this time I clicked Exit game.
My funds were back into Bet Voyager account.
I hope this helps and is part of the same issue.
I'll wait for their reaction.
If I don't get any reaction by tomorrow I'll send them a message through Skype to get their attention.
But at least I now know that they do return my money sooner or later.

The problem we had was that the Live site was not functioning at all, and our funds were lost in their system and not attached to any Roulette game, what you experienced is normal where if you exit the game your funds will return

ddarko - Of the many ways you can look at the 10% thing is that if the no zero allows you to end a session in profit VS some probability of having a wipeout on zero on a 37 or 38 wheel. You could argue that 90% of something is better than 100% of nothing? How would you ever know ? The short answer is you wouldn't.

But it's good to see that they're doing something about it at the moment.

How much time does one expend trying to recover 24 Euro ? The way BV has dealt with monies owed to players revealed on here has all the hallmarks of a business under financial stress ? Yeah sure some players issues have been resolved but how many remain unresolved ? There may be hundreds that we don't hear/know about because they are from non English speaking Countries ?
Often bosses reduce staff & those that remain are told to prioritise the money making side at the expense of the payout/refund side ? Thus they end up with a stack of messages from validly disgruntled account holders with undealt issues ?
A $10/euro compo. ceiling is rather lame & indicates they get a lot errors that's their fault & so have put a cap on their payouts. Potentially they probably get a lot of it back through reinvested play ?
How many BV players on here are going to flick their account because of this continuing debacle ? I don't have a BV account, so personally I'm not affected.

I know Ausguy. I can't believe how bad their support is handling this situation. Constantly sending standard reply mails.
Finally there's some good news to report from my side as well.
BetCruise has finally returned the funds back in my account with a 10,- compensation here as well.
SamNL - from an earnings only angle not bad in the end, a 41.6% profit in a few weeks.
As no affected BV player has answered my question yet so maybe you will Sam ? = What's your long term BV plan ? That is are you going to keep playing with them or give them the flick ?
