Gorden & all BV affected - Just another suggestion when dealing with BV is to let them know that this saga is going out on the Roulette forum(s) & other social media.

No business likes adverse publicity as one means very little but many usually prompts resolution ?

Funny you say that, those are the only times I have had replies, so it is mentioned in all my emails now.  Just sent my 10th email today.
The ideas on this board are like rough gems, they just need discovering and polishing.

The softly softly and being extremely polite at all times approach is working wonders.......Not

I'm now on my 17th email via the website........The concerned dept (not sure which dept) is still looking into this (it's now a week tomorrow) and they will let me know when it's sorted

I managed to get someone from support to chat with me tonight......apologise for the delay in answering your questions can I have your username.......Username given.......Give me a moment......over an hour later and after very polite messages saying that I'm still sitting beside my PC after midnight.........Nothing

I would love to be a fly on the wall in BV, there must be something going on as they've been operating for many years, we need to get someone from their support dept to email one of us privately and find out what the hell has happened, maybe they're about to go bust and if so anyone who has funds in there should get them out ASAP

Gordon - Is it correct what Ati was telling me. The monies have gone from BetVoyager to BetVenture (live play) to Evolution Network & there lies the problem as they haven't got their processing system in order ? The way I understand things BV itself is operating normally ?

It could be anything, internal fraud, hacking, incompetence or all 3, who knows ?

Whatever the case it's all unprofessional.

May be just send them a link of the forum telling them how the problem
is being followed by lotsa members from all over the world.....

I eventually got a response via email and Skype as follows

As per our previous email: Dear Gordon

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Your email has been forwarded to the department concerned.
You will be contacted as soon as possible with the outcome.

I asked who the mysterious dept was and they said the Technical Dept, all email has to go via support, which means that when you send an internal email and you have a choice to send it to

It goes to support first, so waste of time having a drop down box really, 

Late last night I have contacted the local government again, at least I did receive a personal email from their Public Relations team advising to contact the Dutch Gaming Authority which I did but not had an acknowledgement yet
I have explained that the issue is still ongoing and asked for some more advice or an alternative local route to pursue

I ask that any member who has been affected by this to contact

Update

#Ausguy...........Yes the problem was linked to browsing their Live site and nothing to do with their RNG site, I never even got to open any live game and I never entered an amount to play, but all my money was transferred to the live site without my knowledge

I received an email earlier today from the local Government, and they have put me in touch with the Public Information Service of Caracao, I have now forwarded my correspondence to them and will wait for their reply

Over a week now and still no money in my account and their support as always non existent, very hard to get anything via Skype and the last email is sounding like a scratched record

Hopefully I will get some support from the local Government in charge of Legal issues, they have acknowledged my email at least

It's been a few days now since I've sent an e-mail to the Curacao eGaming company. But I haven't heard anything from them.

gordon  i m sure they will sort it out ,i had similar story i did play on rng and was up 650 euro then decided to go and try live play went there no probs from 650 i went down to 230 and then was hit on number 2 with 25 euro on it kept playing and got up to 1700 euro stoped and went to withdraw money but they were not there loged out loged in went to same live game money were there went back to withdraw them and this time i had them..so i think your problem could be similar

I emailed egaming as well, and not heard a thing, the only reply Ive had is from the Government but I've now emailed the Legal Dept who I was told to contact via the Government.....Fingers Crossed

The issue you are referring to is if you have an open game without exiting properly, I'm aware of this but my problem is completely different because none of the games would open, so my money wasn't attached to any live game it just got transferred to the live site and disappeared

Here is the latest problem which makes me even more angry......I've just logged onto their live site and all 6 Roulette games are working fine, so they have sorted the technical issue with the site but surprise surprise my money is not attached to any of the games

Where is it now I wonder......I've just sent an email explaining the above and requesting where my funds are now

No reply to my last email, and no reply from support on Skype.....and after 4 messages to them they go offline, so that tells you that Customer Service is non existent

They've sorted the live casino problem and stolen all funds that were lost in the system

Unbelievable that they can do this, hopefully when the government get back to me I will have to report this as a crime

At least being polite is working wonders with them  >:(

I agree with u Gordon,

It's unbelievable how BV are handling this situation. No support from them. No help.
Taking all funds that were lost in the live casino problem.
Being polite with them doesn't help either.
No reactions from company's like the Curacao eGaming company and the CGCB.

I'll send BV an e-mail again but I doubt I'll get any reaction from them.
