I am guessing we are in the same boat here Gordon, like you I have quite a lot of money tied up in BV. Unfortunately I did a transfer of my whole balance to the live casino to and have not seen it for a few days now.  Emails get nowhere.  I won't be using BV again if this ever gets resolved.

There's always the possibility that BV may be in financial difficulties ?

They don't reveal an operating address except that they are licenced in the Netherlands Antilles. A small Carribean Island country to the North of Venezuela.

Their Terms & Conditions are somewhat thin but some that may be relevant are :

Item 3. All care but no responsibility. If they are having any software or hardware problems it's tough luck for the player (my summary).

Item 5. For large wins (not defined ?) they can freeze funds while they check 1 month of your game sessions.

Item 7. Under certain conditions they can exclude you from playing.

My experience with customer service casino people in general is that when there are problems they often skirt around the issues & try to smooth " ruffled players feathers". As all too often there is some disconnection between them & core administration ?
The classic left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing etc.

Mare - I don't ever play RNG only live dealer as I believe the programs they have cheat the player. I worked that out in 2010 when I always lost so I stopped.

I only play live dealer, both on line & real casino. As always game is tough animal to kill. Casino kill much more than player does.

I have accounts at Smart Live (SL) & Party Casino (PC). I mostly play Live Dealer at Party Casino on Doz & Col as they have better min & max than most other casinos for LIVE play @ 2 - 2,000 (GBP, Euro, x3 diff. $).   All outside bets the same (yep, EC or 2 : 1). Inside good @ 1 - 250 any number.
Smart Live is not so good @ EC 10 - 1,000 & 2 : 1, 5 - 600. Both casinos have RNG if you want it, SL has airball also.

Party Casino Live dealer (Latvian girls) is 1 min. spins but tight bet window = 15 seconds. Not good if you need to place many bets. The dealer changes every 30 min. & they run 24/7. SL only runs 21/24 x 7. At PC they always spin in one direction only. They both always pay OK @ 3 business days. SL is better if you have many bets to place as you get maybe 45 seconds bet window ( forgot now if that or 60 seconds ?) Spin cycle is 2 minutes so it's only 30 per hour VS 60+ p/h with Party. Inside is less than PC @ 1 - 100 ?

For Live play you need good fast computer speed otherwise graphics lock up.

Parti Casino sounds good, but SL is a bit slow.
I wonder why you not play Dublin ? , during the day when there are no players at the table, go less than a minute per spin.

Mare - What's the table limits at Dublin ? From memory I think they are a lot lower than Party Casino ? Can Dublin match Party's 2 -2000 2 : 1 range & 1 : 1,000 bet ratio. ? All important when playing a progression, which I do. I don't flat bet.

I just did a free play on a live DB table & the doz/col limits were 25 - 250 so only a 1 : 10 ratio. Now I remember that's why I don't play there. Not a very good deal. Even my local chip play casino is 10 - 500 & Rapid roulette touch screen live dealer is 5 - 500.

I know Paddy Power has a hugely better live dealer deal as it came up on the INVINCIBLE post by Steven1212. There's a screen shot link on page 5 ? of that thread which shows the limits for doz/col @ 1 - 12,000.

Many countries are banned including Australia so bad luck for me. I think you are OK.

Mare - Reasonable just played Jackpot247 in fun mode but don't like the set up. The dealers were spinning the wheel mostly way too fast & so getting a lot of ball spin around the pockets. I did win 400GBP in 8 spins (Doz & Col alternating) too bad it was only FUN money, LOL.

One spin went into the zero pocket, came back out & then stopped in 3R.

Paddy Power looks better from the fixed image ? As with Paddy,  Jackpot247 is not valid to play for us OZ players.

I have a very specific way of playing, for me it does not matter at what  wheel play, which dealer spins, and whether shallow or deep pockets.
I play based on experience and a tendency for numbers, I'm waiting for the right circumstances and play from 2 to 6.7 numbers.
Even to me it does not matter whether the RNG or live wheel, though of course I have more confidence in the lives wheel.
Yes, Serbia is not on the banned list of PP, but unfortunately  did not let me sign up.
