If it were wheel based then you could have a long string code of 36 chars starting from 32 going clockwise on the single 0:

3c2a2b3b3c3a3b3b2a1c2c1b2a1a2b1a1b1b

But if you started one number after you would have a different 36 char combo string....

eg: next string would start at "15" so that one would begin:

2a1c.....etc

Join 'em all up and you could have a huge data string of 36x36 chars in code 4 format as database.
