I did watch the youtube channel few days about this guy that bets big on number 5 and around the number, he plays hit and run.   
Hits 5 al lot. Did some testing but then on number 0 as he plays on a 00 wheel. Did 14 tests and i could not believe it:

Started with 1000 fun money on a real wheel. Hit big and go out. The longest session was about 45 minutes.

Yes could be luck , falkor look at the videos, dont think there are any rules. Just bet around 5 on the amerikan wheel i think. Rg yes i think he has about 4 bigger bets as i can see

 I was thinking, if you go sit on a table pick a random number. Mostly the number will come as an avarage 24 numbers shows in 36 spins? And if you are lucky like this guy i happens fast
