Can't answer that though, some people like American

Us Americans can play 5dimes. Which is same feed as celtic. So if you are in the US you can play "Celtic" but under the name 5dimes

I'm on there now testing a 2 dozen system (24 numbers) 

Flat betting. Started at 1000. Watching BR climb

If you are referring to playing at Celtic Casino directly, VLS Victor
says he knows the right people that will help a U.S. player connect.

Question two: the minimums are the same for both wheels. 
The payout however is better for the 00 wheel (by a few cents)

I still have you to thank Proof. Never heard of CC until you posted about it (so long DublinBet).

I love CC, I do TONS and TONS of testing there. Plus, one spin per minute is perfect for me!!

The one ODD thing about it though (I notice the small stuff)..... look at the counter (on the left) per game. That number jumps all over the place, it does NOT go in order. Lets say the current game number is
866,723...next one should be 866,724. It'll go up 20, next spin, down 12, then up 5 etc. Damn strange.

You're welcome.  I understand you like to play long sessions.  Be prepared for a lot of
interruptions due to equipment checks--and CC shuts down @ 4:30am CDT everyday for full maintenance.
