If you accept 15.7 or 15.8 non-hit come in spins 11-40 and 30.5 come in 60 spins.How can we use that info? building an avg document, but as 15 is half the 30 spins and then 30 is half the 60 spins, could one just bet for a Non-hit number every other spin?
