Absurd.

So a person bets all of their money on #20 - don't you think they are thinking positive and hoping with all their might that #20 lands ? Of course they are. Does it make a difference ? Of course it doesn't.
Why ?
Because the person next to them betting on #23 is doing the exact same thing, and they can't both be winners.

The only person winning is the person selling the eBook - they have nothing to lose and plenty of "fish in a barrel" to choose from to sell to.

Now "Self Discipline" is an entirely different thing, If someone sways from their way of playing and takes more risks than they should, loses the discipline required to win at this game - then yes. Maybe a eBook on Self Discipline at the casino would sell.
It's very hard for most all gamblers to achieve. And fortunately the casino will pump them full of free drinks and lights and sounds to make that discipline vanish in the wind.

You are right, Self-Discipline is very important. This book deals with it, of course, and 100 important things more. It is a book that can change you from being a loser to being a winner. I mean not you personally, you claim to win already. ;-) No voodoo, just psychological science.
It's not intended for casual players who don't care if they win or lose and just want to have fun.

On this we can agree. The hardest thing is to walk away when you are ahead. Many who started as winners walked out as losers. Because of that lack of mental strength and discipline. A player without discipline is like a car without wheels. You are going nowhere.

I do not even want to hear it.
How a psychological approach can make you a winner if you do not have an edge in your strategy?
Immediately someone will jump out with thesis that the edge is in you.
This is bullshit.

Steve

No amount of psychology is going to help you win if your system is crap, much as others said already. The holy grail is not "you". It is bet selection.

If your book is purely about mindset, then you really shouldn't have "holy grail" in the title. It is misleading.

It is a combination of things. A player could have a strong system and still lose in the long term. If they get too greedy. And bet more on a losing game than they did on a winning game.

Like Bret Morton says in his great book playing to win. Money management is more important than bet selection. And he is right. Until I tightened up my money management. I was losing money even when I was winning more games than I lost.

As soon as I mastered it. Theres only one direction overall that bankroll is heading.

NOW if only you could tell me which online casino will welcome my winning with open arms. I can begin to prove to you that I could win that fortune you say nobody ever does with a mechanical system.

But when I put you on the spot about that on Saturday you went conveniently absent. Why was that Steve?

You Sir know what you talk about. How flawless can you execute your gambling strategy? 20 sessions out of 20 without a mistake? Great!

It is the human factor that makes gamblers lose more than necessary and win less than possible.
This is where the book jumps in. It guides you to know where your weaknesses are and shows how to overcome them.

I play several Online Casinos and never had troubles with payouts. What country are you from?

A dollar won is twice as sweet as as a dollar earned

Self-discipline is when you don't even enter in any casino or don't even start to gamble becouse you don't have a solid strategy that can overcame a house edge. Everything else is just byll-shit!!
I don't have TheHolyGrail.

The existence is to be - not to possess! Evolution does not have the task to create prosperity, but rather to create gods! The fight is not for the man , but for the freedom of God in man. Every man is a god in development!
