You are more DS based then, not VB.

I guess the kind of things to be looking for is does the heavier ball do extra revolutions and how far the rotor moves in that time. Also does the heavier ball result in a longer scatter.

All this should result in a shift from your normal results but it will be very rotor speed dependent. For example a 3 second rotor may result in a shift of 18  pockets, half the wheel. A 4 second rotor could be 9 pockets. A 5.5 second rotor may make little difference while a 2.5 second rotor could be 36 pockets, but this is no different in practical terms.

That's the kind of thing I'd be looking for if a heavier ball throws the method off. In general the higher rotor speed means more shift, but these shifts can cancel out as per my example above.

No it’s not DS..

The roulette wheel is a chaotic process with constant feedback loops, repetition and outcome is sensitive to initial conditions... the process is deterministic chaos, if you are able to track all initial conditions for previous spin, you can still profit ... unfortunately without some
Processing skills,  programming you won’t be able to mak the outcomes predictable

Sounds more akin Steve's JAA thing then. If you don't aquire data from spin in progress and bet during the spin, it's not VB, as the name implies you need data from the spin (ballistics) in order to bet.  If you bet before the spin, you can't collect this.

Thus any comments I make on heavier balls for VB or DS may be inaccurate for you. I think Steve may be the best person to ask.
