it does matter because you can start playing when the downfall will start...
and you will lose.

more spins it will hold. less probability you will hit the downfall.

Go to random org - its 100% pure random and if you beat does you beat roulette hahaha just joking - its based upon noise and just make the settings 0 to 36 and 10 000 and copy and past into word pad or text file - you can dowload 10x10000 a day.
