Hello everyone.

I recently joined Bet Voyager, (9TH Feb 2011), since I could see the benefits of playing certain types of systems, there, and quite a few Other forum members had seemed to intimate, that it was above all else, a good place to do business!

The word 'Fair' had been mentioned somewhere!

Then I win some money. [reveal][attachimg=#1][/reveal]

Then I request a withdrawal. [reveal][attachimg=#2][/reveal]

They offer me an automatic withdrawal, of the same funds I had deposited, back into the same E-Wallet account.

Then I get barred/blocked from my on-line Bet Voyager account, and referred back to the mother ship- Bet Cruise.[reveal][attachimg=#3][/reveal]

I mail them.[reveal][attachimg=#4][/reveal]

They mail back.[reveal][attachimg=#7][attachimg=#5][/reveal]

I mail saying How?[reveal][attachimg=#6][/reveal]

I send in the information they request.

They mail back a curious reply![reveal][attachimg=#10][/reveal]

I just mailed back.[reveal][attachimg=#8][/reveal]

My play-through stats.[reveal][attachimg=#9][/reveal]

Tell me please, those of you who have played at BV, and have withdrawn cash, have you had these problems too?

Any help much appreciated.

Dear Chris,
You should not have used other's e-wallet to fund a casino or otherwise, should not allow someone else to use your e-wallet. It is illegal. One e-wallet should be used by one player only. nothing wrong. betvoyager creates trouble only if something is not going with rules.

Do U have trouble reading a flow of messages Albalaha?

I have not.................used anyone else's facility.

I have one account.

I have one e-wallet facility

I have only used that one e-wallet facility.

That e-wallet facility is my own account, belonging to me, opened with Photo, and address ID by ME.

In fact, it took a whole fortnight to open the MoneyBookers account because their security is really tight.

Every time I deposit some money into MY MoneyBookers account, MY bank fraud department calls me,
to check that's it me who has made the payment.

And if they can not get in touch with me for whatever reason, they temporarily suspend my account.
So I really could not either have multiple accounts, nor use someone else's e-wallet to deposit money, or ask for a withdrawal.

These payments, and the withdrawal request, are all from/to the same e-wallet account/facility.

I did not say that u are using other's account or someone is using that of urs. betvoyager responded so to ur mails. they are very rigid with it.

chrisbis

Must be a translation error then eh Al.

U used the word 'You'.................. no problem.

I have read all the rules.

And I'm aware of multiplicity.

Thanx for looking in and commenting Al.

iggiv

do they have phone support as well? maybe try to call them. that's weird. must be some kind of error. Who would play them if they just created troubles like this with no reason. Must be some kind of error, they have to check and fix it.

chrisbis

Thank You to everyone who looked in and esp to those who commented.

I'm very, very happy to inform Forum that the matter has now be resolved to great success.  :xd:

A big big thank you to the Staff at Bet Cruise (Bet Voyager mother ship), for helping me to sort the situation quickly and expeditiously.

My account is now open, and the withdrawal 'confusion' has also been solved to my absolute satisfaction.

Great job Bet Voyager. Thank U so much.

I sent you a PM.
But you did not respond.
Good to hear that all was resolved.
And you have your account back open.

You should've took a deep breath initially and let good casinos sort themselves out first.   These things happen from time to time.    Patience and a little faith is all it takes.   BV is optimal.
