Sadly BetPhoenix a year ago was a good casino with knowledgable customer service.  I even remember the managers, Sam and Dean, who were eager to help if needed.

I was just trying to make sure that we were talking about the same place, but none of your answers match up with what I see daily.

I would really like to know more about the lack of an option to get a pay out.  That just doesn't make sense at all.

    Live dealer games create suspicion at many times. I have seen different problems with different sites. Personally I feel, it is best to play dublinbet type of casinos where real guys are playing in studio as well. If the people being shown there are real players and not casino own guys, manipulations in results are almost impossible. Have any of us ever played in that casino from where the game is telecasted?

i think that live dealer ones are ok where ball is spun by dealer but air ball ones i think are rigged as fuck..i play paddy power slingshot and i bet 2-10 pounds chips.for example last night i bet 2 pounds on zero and saw how ball drop in zero slot and then jump out as it has been elevated by the air they use and hit 32..few days earlier i saw number six,ball droped in slot but instead to stay was left for  second in the air as 0 gravity and then droped in number 6 pocket was win yes but then i thought myself that they let it win because actual drop was very clearly seen..and many other examples so from now on i will play only live dealer ones,do not trust air ball anymore..that day lost about 150 pound as initialy i did deposit 35 pounds and hiest i had was 700 pounds

hi i have started playing lately at Victor Chandler auto wheel and everything looks pretty decent to me, i mean as a general opinion would a large organization whom have a turnover of millions actually risk their 'integrity' as a business to save a few pounds??
the other day i was playing and the results of winners role through the screen and one player must have won over £10,000 in about 10 minutes including consecutive £3000 + payouts (mind you i dont know how much he had to bet to win that)

also numerous people could be playing at the same time some of whom may be potentially winning big payouts, how could they cheat all those players at the same time?
Mind you i only play very small stakes presently (30p units)
