Can RNG kill the best bets?

Brother Winkel,
           I have myself multiplied money almost always when I played bv and I have duly documented my wins with proofs. I am not simply blaming an RNG for losses. I am saying that is it possible that they avoid the best bets or produce the worst. It is a piece of software afterall and can be easily programmed this way. Victor himself has come up with documented proof of cheating RNG. Earlier also I put an open question. Which RNG casino is the safest? Can you tell us your opinion?

any - if it has these opportunities:

- a decent spread: a spread of 40 is redicolous, a spread like a BM is fair, a higher spread you´d play there

- even if it is a software it can´t (shouldn´t) produce extreme situations (ecarts) every time you play. But to judge this you have to know your bet-chance very well. a clean record is needed anyway.

e.g.: betting a single number you have to know, that it can sleep 600 times and after that 600 times again, but then it has to produce itself as a favorite. Your game (bankroll and progression) has to overcome this. If it can´t you´re bound to luck.

If I compare BV-spins with Wiesbaden Duisburg or other BM, I can see no differences.
