I just tried it with continuous betting for real money and reached my goal of +3 in 9 spins. In other words, after each bet, I did not wait for a fresh number to spin before playing the appropriate color referenced in Compa's table. Just used the color indicated by the LAST spun number. In this particular session I won inside the first cycle so never needed to flat bet more than 1 unit. :)

Instead of flatbetting in cycles of 10, I like George's idea for EC betting posted in a different thread...

I have playing around with another bet sequence that has showing good results.
Not a lot different from some others, but maybe a little safer.
It's lose 3 up 1 for EC's.
In other words, when you lose 3 times, you go up 1 more unit.
It doesn't matter how many times you win at that level.
The only time you change the bet size after a win is if you are at a new high, then reset.
Only when you lose 3 times (remember, it doesn't have to be in a row and usually isn't) do you increase by 1 unit.
This works with single line systems or multi-line systems.
If you want it to be even safer, you could wait for 4 or 5 losses before you increase.
Of course, the larger the number before increasing, the closer you get to a flat bet.
Run it through some of your previous sessions and see how it looks compared to other progressions.
I know it's not much new, but you just never know when the big light will come on.

I will post a real session result later. :)
The only mod I will make to George's suggestion is to reset when LEVEL OR AHEAD.

Hi A3on,

Compa derives the color by adding the DOMINANT color on the street of the number.
So in your example above for 20B you therefore add 19+21=40 (4+0=4) = BLACK.
Black is the color to bet.

Hope you got it ;)

This progression that I use is something that I found on a forum from years ago. Not sure if you guys are familiar with it, but I am going to share it and everyone can tell me what they think. I have tested this method with this progression and the results are good. And this is how I currently play.

Progression....

You always start with a 1 unit bet. You dont go to the next step in the progression (backwards or forwards) until you win a bet. And no bet is ever over 4 units.

Down 2 units then bet 2 units
Down 3 units then bet 2 units, if win bet 1
Down 4 units then bet 2 units, if win bet 2
Down 5 units then bet 3 units, if win bet 2
Down 6 units then bet 3 units, if win bet 2, if win bet 1
Down 7 units then bet 4 units, if win bet 2, if win bet 1
Down 8 units then bet 4 units, if win bet 2, if win bet 2 again

Let me know what you guys think.....
Here is a short example for clarification. I play it EXACTLY as the rules originally layed out by Compa.

Hi BigEZ,

I used the export betting history option in roulette Xtreme (uxsoftware) program and saved as a text file. Then I added the RouletteForum.cc "table" tags at the head and foot of the text file and copied and pasted into the forum as a normal REPLY.
But you don't absolutely need a program  - you can make your OWN tables... Please read this from Victor:
link:://rouletteforum.cc/features'-reference/(table-)-tag-easy-comma-separated-tables!/

Your progression looks interesting  especially since you bet no more than 2u.
When you tested with my numbers did you use Compa's original way (bet up to 4 times then wait for fresh number) or the continuous betting as I did??

Reason being I cannot seem to follow how you staked it on each spin and I would like to understand it - so maybe perhaps you could repost showing the amount placed per spin?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Big EZ,

Ok. I figured out how you do your progression.  I followed it successfully through your 2 examples and arrived at exact same results. In both cases you are using the original Compa way (max of 4 bets per trigger color and waiting for fresh number to spin before playing again) - and I now think this best advised coupled with the progression/method you posted. So I think this way is better with original Compa rules rather than my suggested cycles or continuous betting...
Thanks for your great progression that seems like it might be a good companion to fit Compa's EC way  :)
One question - what happens if you go down more than 8 units?

Thanks,

Big EZ,

Here I try your progression on some real spins.
Can you let me know if it looks like I played it right?

*EDIT - Session will follow due to errors spotted...

BigEZ, Can you please clarify your progression more in depth so as to clear up any misunderstandings in operating it? A more explanatory or fuller detailed session should suffice.
Many thanks.

Atlantis,

If you go down more then 8 units you just keep betting 4 units, no bet is ever over 4 units.  You could set a stop loss if you wish just incase the session from hell comes, but usually this bet selection coupled with the progression it normally recovers. But you can never be to safe. I use a stop loss of 40 units personally.

So you like the progression then eh? 8)
